Tell Me What You Really Think 2

I posted a story yesterday about how nasty this race is getting in the GOP grassroots. Dana Milbank has a story on Washington Post today about Palin's new aggressive attack strategy. Most of the story was reported widely yesterday, but here's a little tidbit that I hadn't heard:

Worse, Palin's routine attacks on the media have begun to spill into ugliness. In Clearwater, arriving reporters were greeted with shouts and taunts by the crowd of about 3,000. Palin then went on to blame Katie Couric's questions for her "less-than-successful interview with kinda mainstream media." At that, Palin supporters turned on reporters in the press area, waving thunder sticks and shouting abuse. Others hurled obscenities at a camera crew. One Palin supporter shouted a racial epithet at an African American sound man for a network and told him, "Sit down, boy."

But, of course, the left is hallucinating the racism in this campaign.

A well established limit on speech is inciting to riot ... But I guess you need to know a Supreme Court case or two to be aware of that.
