Inciting to Riot

I commented earlier that inciting to riot is not protected speech. It appears that we've gone from words to actual sticks and stones. As the Denver Post reports:

Someone threw bricks through the glass door and a window of the Colorado Democratic Party headquarters in west Denver early this morning.

Really, what do you expect when you try to convince your base that your opponent is a terrorist?
